A Structured Six-Stage
Production Process
Every project handled by Cinevra Studio LTD moves through a clear production process — from initial brief and creative direction through to filming, post-production, and delivery. Each stage has a defined purpose designed to keep production aligned with the agreed scope.

From Brief to Delivery
Each stage below reflects the standard approach for a full production project. Scope, timeline, and specific outputs are confirmed for each project individually.
- 01
Discovery
Every project begins with a structured discovery conversation. The brief, goals, platforms, audience, and timeline are reviewed to establish a clear shared understanding before any production planning begins.
- Brief review and project scope discussion
- Intended platforms and delivery formats
- Timeline, budget range, and availability
- Creative references and direction notes
- 02
Creative Direction
A creative direction document is developed around the agreed brief. Visual style, tone, pacing, shot ideas, and content structure are shaped to match the project intent before pre-production begins.
- Visual style and tone direction
- Narrative or structural outline
- Shot reference and creative mood
- Platform-specific format planning
- 03
Pre-Production
Practical planning and preparation are confirmed before any filming takes place. Location, schedule, crew requirements, equipment, and logistical details are organised around the agreed production scope.
- Location and schedule planning
- Equipment and crew confirmation
- Call sheets and production documents
- Talent, clearances, and logistics where required
- 04
Filming / Capture
Production is carried out with a cinematic approach — focused on visual quality, framing, lighting, and atmosphere. Capture is structured around delivering the agreed creative direction and content plan.
- Cinematic camera and lighting approach
- Directed filming aligned to creative brief
- Interview, product, event, or narrative capture
- On-set review and coverage confirmation
- 05
Editing & Post-Production
Footage is assembled, edited, colour-graded, and polished into a finished deliverable. Sound, music, motion graphics, subtitles, and formatting are applied according to the agreed scope and delivery requirements.
- Assembly edit and structure review
- Colour grade and exposure treatment
- Sound design, music, and audio polish
- Subtitles, motion graphics, and versioning
- 06
Delivery & Formats
Final files are prepared, formatted, and delivered for their intended platforms. Export specifications, aspect ratios, resolution, and codec settings are confirmed per the agreed brief before delivery.
- Platform-ready export formats
- Multiple aspect ratios where agreed
- Secure file delivery and handover
- Revision rounds per agreed scope
Project Scope & Availability
Production scope, timeline, crew requirements, and deliverable specifications are confirmed individually for each brief before any production begins. The stages described above reflect the standard production process and may be adapted based on the nature and scale of the project.
Availability for filming and production is subject to scheduling. Project enquiries are reviewed based on scope, production requirements, and availability at the time of enquiry.
Post-production timelines are estimated per project based on edit complexity, footage volume, and agreed deliverable scope. Revision rounds are confirmed at the brief stage.
